#TLTMantras, Number Three

Inspiration

We figure it’s only appropriate that our April #TLTmantra aligns with the birth month of one of our biggest inspirations: Maya Angelou. As you probably know, Maya was an incredibly influential thought leader, and her words and beliefs are just as impactful for us now as they were when she was alive.

We love the above passage from Maya, and the reasons are twofold:

1) It celebrates the fact that women are strong, powerful, and independent. We are forces to be reckoned with!

2) Simply stated, it calls out one of our core values here at TLT: bad-assery.

What have you handled on your own recently that you’re especially proud of? What are you doing today to honor your bad-assery? Let us know!
