Friends, I’m super excited to announce a little series we’ll be diving into here on the blog called “What Weddings Cost.” I’ve been inspired to create a series like this for a while now for a number of reasons:

• Because I talk with so many couples who really have no idea what to expect when it comes to paying for their wedding
• Because I sometimes speak with couples whose desires and/or expectations aren’t quite in line with their budgets
• Because I want to explore more thoroughly what each vendor’s prep/execution/post-production looks like, and how those items affect pricing

So, we’ll be hanging out with a different local wedding expert each week and getting to know more about what they offer, what goes on behind the scenes, and what couples should expect to invest for their types of services. It’s my hope that this series will be valuable both to newly engaged couples looking for some guidance on budgeting, and also to other vendors who might be looking to learn a little bit more about what’s happening in our market!  If you’d like to be featured (or know someone who might), just shoot an email over – we’d love to have you! xo
